Lean & Green is a European initiative encouraging companies in transport, logistics, and mobility to reduce their carbon footprint through sustainable and innovative practices. Each star earned represents concrete CO₂ reduction targets validated by independent experts.
On November 28, 2024, the new stars were awarded, and the ambitions for the coming years were unveiled during Innovation Pitch by Logistics Wallonia.
As pioneers since 2019 with our first Lean & Green star, Sud Fresh is proud to announce its commitment to earning a second star. This new objective marks a crucial step in our mission to further reduce our CO₂ emissions.
To achieve this second star, we are once again reviewing our entire logistics and transport operations and seeking additional gains we can make for the environment, for ourselves, and for each other! We are primarily focusing on optimizing logistics processes and using more sustainable fuels. Our goal is to work every day towards cleaner and more eco-friendly logistics and transport.
