Sud-Fresh Opened Its Doors to Young People Enrolled in the Reboot4You Program

Namur, December 18, 2024 – On Wednesday, December 18, 2024, Sud-Fresh, a key player in the logistics and transportation of temperature-controlled food products, welcomed around thirty young people as part of the Reboot4You project. Organized in collaboration with the Belgian Army and the Social Fund for Transport and Logistics, this initiative allowed participants to discover careers in transport and logistics while exploring new career perspectives.

An Inspiring Partnership

Reboot4You is an ambitious program led by the Belgian Army, aimed at offering new opportunities to young people. Based in Namur, Sud-Fresh is proud to partner with this project by opening its doors and enabling participants to immerse themselves in a dynamic sector that is essential to our daily lives.

Vincent Gaillard, a representative of Sud-Fresh, stated:

A Rich Learning Experience

During this day, participants, accompanied by their military mentors and Sud-Fresh facilitators, followed a structured program centered around four interactive workshops:

  • Careers in the Supply Chain, to understand the core of operations.
  • Support Services, illustrated through videos and guided tours.
  • Warehouse and Cold Storage Operations, offering a hands-on view of daily logistics.
  • Maintenance and Infrastructure, with demonstrations of equipment and trucks.

Supporting the Future of Logistics

This day, blending practical workshops with moments of exchange, reflected Sud-Fresh's commitment to helping young people transition into the job market. The company hopes this event marked a turning point for the participants, inspiring them to consider promising careers in transport and logistics.
