What types of transport does Sud-Fresh provide?
Sud-Fresh trucks and vans are equipped to deliver and collect with 2 different temperatures during 1 trip. This advantage is that an optimization is generated because otherwise 2 trucks would have to drive to the same destination.
- Distribution: collection on day 1 from the customer, delivery on day 2 to the destination or recipient.
- Milk round: a trip is tailor-made; it is loaded and driven out immediately according to planning; returned empties are unloaded back at the customer the same day.
- Express: an urgent call comes in to collect goods and send them out immediately.
- Full load: a full load is loaded at the customer's premises and driven directly to the destination or recipient.
What is the geographical area of operation of Sud-Fresh?
Sud-Fresh delivers and collects goods in Belgium, the Netherlands, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Northern France departments 59 & 62.
Where are the Sud-Fresh locations located?
The branches are equipped with conditioned warehouses and cross docking area. Each branch has its administrative section and some branches are equipped with a truck wash and garage.

How do transport notifications and delivery documents work?
The transport notification can be forwarded in various ways:
- Template via email
- Desadv, EDI
- Customer website
The delivery note of the customers is given to the driver or digitally forwarded to Sud-Fresh. The Sud-Fresh system creates a freight note or CMR by number. When the driver returns from his round, these documents are processed within 48 hours via a scanner and the signed documents then end up in the mailbox of the customer.
